Etude House Color Pop Tint review...

Whilst browsing ebay I found these mini versions of Etude House Color Pop Tints and I couldn't resist ordering a few to try. These were released as part of last Summers Color Pop collection.
The great thing about these is they are the perfect size to put in your bag, and also a cheaper way of trying out a few different shades (also, they are VERY cute!)

The product itself is a lip tint that has a light texture of water that gives a glossy bright wash of colour to the lips. The colour pay of is really good, although sheers out very easy (but that is the point of them). It feels really nice on the lips, it isn't sticky or heavy in any way, in fact when I wear them it doesn't feel like I have any product on my lips at all. Etude House describe them as a 3 in 1 product of lipstick, tint and gloss.

I found these to last pretty well and the soft doe foot applicator is easy to use, overall I am very pleased with them 。◕ ‿ ◕。

The colours I chose were Cherry Pop, Burgundy Pop, and Fashion Pop.

I bought the mini ones here (although annoyingly the price has gone up, but they were very generous with samples.)

Holika Holika Pig Nose Clear Blackhead Peeling Massage Gel...

In all honesty the initial reason I bought the Holika Holika Pig Nose Massage Gel was the cute packaging and amusing name, but I'm glad I did. It comes from the Pig Nose(!) Black Head Care series which also includes nose strips, steam starter, deep cleansing oil balm and a sugar scrub.

The peeling massage gel is really simple to use. It is a clear gel that has a mild tea tree type scent which you apply to areas where you get black heads i.e nose, forehead, chin. The gel contains lemon extract and aloe vera and is oil free. You leave this on for around five minutes then gently rub off with warm water.

I found this pretty effective- it did remove some (not all) of my blackheads, although with repeated use (around once a week) gave huge improvements. Usually to target blackheads I tend to use sticky strips which I find although remove black heads leave my skin really dry. These were as effective but instead left my skin feeling really soft and moisturised. Result! (ノ◔ヮ◔)ノ Yay!

I bought mine here for £4.22 for a 30ml tube.

New from Etude House...

As I haven't done one of these posts in a while I thought I would do a round up of the latest collections from Etude House...

For Spring Etude released a collection of 7 pretty matte lip colours and 1 gloss top coat called Color Lips Fit. The promo pictures featured K-pop stars Krystal and Sulli. I have one of these which I will be reviewing soon :)

For Valentines Day the Chocolate Kiss collection was released featuring nail polishes, perfumed lip sets, a hand cream set and a body mist smelling of chocolate!

Spring time also saw the release of the Magic Any Cushion- much like the Any Cushion of BB cream in a compact but in correcting colours (the same 3 shades as the choux bases in the Sweet Recipe collection). I've ordered a sample set of all 3 of these which I will review when it arrives. :)

I'm Looking forward to seeing what collection Etude House will release this Summer...

Recent buys (a little haul...)

I thought I'd do a post with a round up of some of the things I've bought recently. Firstly I went to Primark and discovered they have gone kawaii ◕‿◕ ♥ I rushed round the shop excitedly wanting to buy everything but semi restrained myself. I bought this cute (warning: I will be using this word a lot) pastel My Little Pony sweatshirt for £10. It's really soft and fairly thin so perfect for Spring.

I also got some CUTE food pyjama bottoms for £5, an ice cream top for £5, some yummy donut socks £2, and some cute false nails (✿◠‿◠)

The last two things I got were a My Little Mermaid top £7 that has a collage of stills from the film and a Bart Simpson tee for £5!

In Asda the other day I noticed they were selling Yankee Candles from the Simply Home range (not sure what the difference is?) Anyway, they smell lovely and the wax tarts and samplers where both £1 each. Vanilla Frosting smells exactly like Vanilla Cupcake from the normal range, and Fruity Melon is the perfect smell of Summer. ♥‿♥

In B&M the other week I found some of the Revlon Scented nail polishes for £1. I got Gum Drop, Bubble Gum and Mon Cherry. I've tried them, and can't smell much from them, but the colours are lovely and they last pretty well.

Finally, not that interesting but I found out Poundland sell Ipod/ Iphone cables and look- IT'S LILAC ◕。◕ (I'm easily impressed) and also I felt in the mood for making some mix cds, one of my favourite things to do when I was younger- although they tended to be tapes then (shows age ●´◡`● )
